Refund policy

I accept returns within 30 days providing the item is in the original condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for sending back the items including postage costs and ensuring safe packing of the item. All returns will be processed within 5 working days.

Items that are customised, such as 3D printing service items or customised orders from the shop, are only able to be returned if faulty due to the custom made aspect of the work. All items are quality checked before dispatch. Items that are standard stock (not customised) may be subject to a packaging fee of £2 which may be deducted from the refund amount.
